Located in North Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, I am the Principal Consultant at DP+Associates. With a career spanning over 25 years, my consultancy extends strategic foresight and dynamic guidance to educational institutions, governments, and organizations. My driving force is the development and management of innovative learning initiatives and policies designed for empowerment and social impact, with a sharp focus on climate action.

My expertise is deeply rooted in human-centred design and social impact analysis, bolstered by an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership and multiple certifications from +Acumen. A steadfast advocate for open education, my contribution to organizations and boards promoting this purpose speaks volumes of my dedication to accessible learning.

• Climate Adaptation Up-skilling Pathways: In collaboration with the Resilience by Design Lab at Royal Roads University, this research and design project crafts educational pathways geared towards professional development in climate resilience.
• Upskilling for Canada’s Climate Transition: A research initiative conducted with the Academy for Sustainable Innovation and the RbD Lab, supported by the Future Skills Centre, to align Canada's workforce with the demands of a climate-conscious future.
• Micro-Credential Assessment Pilots for Credit Stacking and Laddering: Commissioned by Thompson Rivers University - Open Learning and funded by the BC Ministry of Post-Secondary Education and Future Skills Commonwealth of Learning, this project encapsulates my forward-thinking approach to education, directly contributing to Canada’s climate action readiness.

My tenure at institutions like the Commonwealth of Learning, Humber College, eCampusOntario, and BCIT, among others, has provided a solid foundation to lead projects that sit at the intersection of education and climate action.
